Who doesn't love BBQ in the summer? I've got to watch it though...though the charred bits make for a very nice smokey flavor, I read somewhere that burnt food is carcinogenic. Granted it seems just about everything can be carcinogenic these days, but I don't want to take too many chances. Anyways, onto a more palatable topic....remember the cilantro chutney that I marinated steaks in? Well it also makes a fantastic marinade for chicken. So that's all I used. Just add salt/pepper to taste. Enjoy!!
