This photo doesn't show a very appetizing broccoli gouda melt I'm afraid. I didn't time the lamb chops and broccoli very well so of course the veggies finished first and while the stove was off, I kept the lid on the pot which overcooked the broccoli so it's a little discolored. But....it tasted good!
